Caroline also operates the River Valley Country Club, a 10-acre farm on unceded Coast Salish land in Washington’s Snoqualmie Valley.
Caroline raises pastured poultry, waterfowl and swine, breeds registered heritage sheep, and grows organic vegetables. Her fresh and value-added products are available at year-round Seattle farmers markets.
